HOW TO DRAW A GIANT PANDA IN MS WORD PART 3

MICROSOFT WORD DRAWING PROJECT No. 41

TITLE:   HOW TO DRAW A GIANT PANDA IN MS WORD PART 3
TYPE:    FINE ART - DIGITAL DRAWING

B)  The Dissected Drawing

A total of 27 drawing objects (shapes and lines) were created and manipulated to create a drawing like this.

The digital drawing that was coloured with black, gray and white.
The principle of contrast is evident in this drawing. The contrast between the lightness and darkness of the black and white colours makes certain parts of the drawing which are of darker tonal value appear clearer or noticeable.

MICROSOFT WORD DRAWING PROJECT No. 41

TITLE:   HOW TO DRAW A GIANT PANDA IN MS WORD PART 2
TYPE:    FINE ART - DIGITAL DRAWING

A)  The Digital Drawing

This is the digital line drawing of the subject using only the Curve line tool. Use the Edit points to adjust the shapes and lines by manipulating the vertexes. Arrange the position of the shapes and lines and the result will be a picture like the one you see above. Please bear in mind that in drawing figures, it is best to start drawing the head first.

HOW TO DRAW A GIANT PANDA IN MS WORD PART 1

MICROSOFT WORD DRAWING PROJECT No. 41

TITLE:   HOW TO DRAW A GIANT PANDA IN MS WORD PART 1
TYPE:    FINE ART - DIGITAL DRAWING

This is the pencil drawing of a giant panda. It is better to draw the picture manually before drawing it on the computer. By doing so, you can study the physical features of the subject in great detail and figure out the best ways to draw it on the digital canvas. Try drawing this picture on your own first in MS Word using the Curve line tool. The Curve line tool is a versatile tool which I often use to draw fluid and organic lines and shapes.  I’ll show readers how to draw this picture in MS Word in my next post. It is better to draw using a cordless mouse.
